Droewors (Dry Wors) is a South African snack that we make using the same
HIGH QUALITY LOCAL BEEF
that we use for our Biltong.
Mixed with Crown National South African spices, our beef mince is stuffed into natural sheep casings, dried to perfection and the end result is a fantastic tasting Dry Wors sausage stick.

We are on Keswick Market every Thursday 8am - 4.30pm. Voted the best outdoor market in the UK in 2015 it is a great day out for everyone and you get to try some of the best Biltong around!

Finding a new flavour to compliment our Original and Chilli flavours was a big decision for us to make and after a lot of discussion and testing we are delighted to be introducing the newest member to the family - `GYROS` flavour.
The unmistakable flavours of oregano, paprika, cumin and parsley compliment the high quality, local Silverside beef that we use giving you the taste of the Mediterranean we guarantee you will enjoy.
